It started out simple: three student entrepreneurs with a vision.

 

We wanted a system to help establish a web presence worthy of remark. We wanted tools to establish, track, manage and improve our web presence. Since these tools didn't exist, we set out to build them.

 

Standing out in today's world of work is necessary to survive. We're devoted to providing the tools for young professionals to differentiate themselves from competition in the job market and succeed in the careers they deserve.

Pete is a young, enthusiastic and active entrepreneur. As CEO, he manages strategic vision for Brand‐Yourself.com, the world's first online reputation management platform for job applicants, named one of the Top 100 Most Innovative College Startups in the U.S. He has won a number of top honors for his writing, presentations and business plans.

RJ Sherman - CTO/CFO

RJ is a recent graduate of Syracuse University. He has been an entrepreneur since he started his first company at the age of 16, Charles River Web Connections, LLC (CRWC). As CEO of CRWC, he worked with small businesses around the county to implement technological solutions. His passion lies with gaining efficiency through use of new technology. RJ loves technology whether it is a gadget or a new piece of software.

At Brand-Yourself.com RJ is responsible for making sure that all systems are working properly and that as a company B-Y is always releasing new and exciting features for our users.  If you have any ideas about new products or services you would like to see from B-Y please do not hesitate to contact him.   

RJ enjoys playing golf and riding/racing motorcycles on and off-road, photography.

He writes for the Brand-Yourself.com career advice blog, develops advertising and marketing materials, creates and runs the campus outreach and affiliate marketing programs, heads guerrilla marketing and gives presentations and workshops on online reputation management for career success.

Evan is a self-proclaimed adrenaline junky and enjoys kite-boarding, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. For Evan, family comes before anything else, and he attributes his success and growth almost entirely to being raised in an extremely eclectic, multi-cultural family.

Patrick is a graduate of the Newhouse School of Communications at Syracuse University. For the past few years, he has been extensively studying and practicing the transformation power of New Media and social technologies. He believes these technologies have made it possible for all businesses–big or small– to reach out and build meaningful relationships with relevant customers. His goal is to help businesses develop and execute the online strategies that will help them connect with customers and improve their bottom line. On the side, he is a consultant to the management team for another start up in NYC and speaks at workshops about social media.
